This is a motivational speech examining the factors behind successful people, explaining how everyone has the power to deal with adversity and also to create success in their lives

In doing so, I encourage the audience to realise how important  it is not to be influenced by all the negative thinkers out there and thereby allowing themselves to become W.I.N.P.S. (not Wimps!), and also to be M.A.D. rather than S.A.D.
